Major alterations rejuvenated this former bank operations building.
GBA created bright, new administrative offices for the City of Westminster, making work space and meeting space for seven departments and 28 staff members.
The original architecture was largely windowless, so maximizing daylight opportunities through new window openings was a high priority in the program of improvements.
The building is centrally located at a prominent intersection along Main Street in the Historic Downtown District of Westminster.
