Gant Brunnett Architects was commissioned to design a corporate headquarters and office space for the Prudential Health Care Plan of the Mid-Atlantic.
The site chosen for the headquarters was the Historic Seton Court Building located on a prominent block of Charles Street in Baltimore, adjacent to the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus.
The adaptive re-use of this historic structure created a flagship facility for the Prudential Company. The design was sensitive to the historic context while providing modern facilities including teleconferencing centers, promotional exhibits, offices, and meeting space.
