When the executive staff of People Encouraging People decided to relocate their operations to a historic warehouse structure in downtown Baltimore they commissioned Gant Brunnett Architects to create a light-filled, open office layout that acknowledges and highlights the architectural details of the building. Private office spaces on the interior are accented with a playful color palette that is set behind a glazed wall. Custom casework around the perimeter forms a series of cubicles and reception spaces that offer all of the modern office amenities without interrupting the generous windows, or the lofty ceilings.
