Project type: Multi-family Housing
Tags: Historic Restoration

The renovation of the International House provided graduate students from the School of Public Health at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with 120 new apartment style living units on 7- floors of an historic building.

One of the highest priorities set by design team was the desire to retain the magnificent historic character of the 154,000 square foot building, while introducing all of the modern amenities demanded by the upscale apartment market targeted by the Owner.
