Homewood House is a 6-story, 187,000 square foot building originally constructed in the early part of the 20th century as a luxury apartment complex. Gant Brunnett Architects headed the fast-track, turn-key, development team in the role of project architects.   The Johns Hopkins University engaged the team to transform the historic structure into a mixed use of retail storefronts on the street level, University administrative office space on the second floor level, and student housing on the upper floors.
