Baltimore, Maryland
Project type: Multi-family Housing
Tags: Historic Restoration

An historic structure that was originally constructed as a mercantile building for the Hopper and McGraw Grocery Company circa 1904, has been adapted into 18 loft style, market-rate apartments above a street level retail tenant space. Many of the original architectural features were incorporated in the design of the conversion.  In addition to architectural design services, Gant Brunnett, Architects assisted the owner in securing historic tax credits for the project.
