The Baltimore City Retirement System called upon Gant Brunnett Architects to create designs for major renovations and alterations to 5-floors of an occupied, historic high-rise building located in the heart of the central business district. The design solution provided state-of-the- art office space for their administrative operations and financial management functions, while retaining the historic character of the interiors.
