The challenge? - design a major interior over haul to an existing full service restaurant and bar and coordinate a phased construction schedule so that the establishment may remain open for business during the renovations.
Being involved on a day-to-day basis throughout construction and working closely with the Owner and staff, GBA successfully accomplished this task.
Upon opening, there was an immediate 25% increase in business.
