GBA was selected to design the renovations and adaptive reuse for this 200 year old historic farmstead located in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
The original building is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places - therefore special attention was required to retain the historic nature of this complex. New construction was developed for the main clubhouse, dining room and conference center - capable of accommodating up to 500 guests. The success of this project hinged on our ability to gain approval from the local Histroic District Commission by creating a design that was sensitive to the historical context of this farmstead.
