This project included the renovation of a seven-story building in Baltimore City that was once an original structure of one of the many buildings devastated by the Great Baltimore Fire in 1904.

The structure was rebuilt and the current Owners wanted to update its design for office and retail space. GBA was commissioned to design the adaptive re-use of the entire building, including the interior of its retail space. The Burger King Restaurant occupies the first and terrace levels.
