Renovations and adaptive reuse of this existing building into a transitional housing project for sixteen clients.
Renovations included the design for a new interior floor plan, as well as new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Additionally, the first floor level was designed to accommodate handicap accessibility.
