PROJECTS
The Ivy Hall Apartments, were purchased by the University in 1988. They wanted to convert this apartment complex into student housing for undergraduates.
They hired GBA to accomplish their goals and complete the design for this adaptive reuse.
The project also included office and retail space on a lower level.
