PROJECTS
Grassroots is a private, non-profit agency that serves the Howard County community by offering opportunities for people in crisis to make positive empowering changes in their lives. Their new, 25,000 square foot facility includes space for counseling services, a 24-hour hotline, and temporary shelter for homeless families.
