GBA were commissioned for the renovation design of this transitional housing project.
Prior to the renovations, these twelve rowhomes situated in the Park Heights community of Baltimore, were two story, single family dwelling units. The St. Vincent de Paul Society created a transitional housing program for its clients who are rebounding from substance abuse and homelessness - this project assists them with that need.
