This historic farmstead served as host to the Constellation Energy Classic.
Hayfield Farm, a 200+ year old farmstead (which was the first farmhouse to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places in Maryland), has been meticulously restored. GBA were commissioned to orchestrate the adaptive reuse of these structures.
With roots stretching back to the Revolutionary War, Hayfields has played a major role in the nation's history since its' beginning. As only one example, Lafayette, on behalf of the French government, awarded the Silver Tankard to Hayfields as the "best farm" in Maryland.
Thanks to a tenacious Team effort on this project, each of the historic buildings on this site have a new "lease on life".
