PROJECTS
Located on the Homewood Campus at Johns Hopkins University, this project included the adaptive reuse of a 125,000 square foot, 7 story apartment building into student housing suites.
The project also included a 250 seat food court, computer lab, and student common space.
With various tight site constraints in an urban setting, with limited staging and adjacent buildings that were occupied, the renovations proved to be quite the challenge.
