Homewood House was an adaptive reuse project which included the conversion of a 187,000 square foot, 6 story apartment building into mixed uses.
GBA completed the design for Johns Hopkins University to house office suites, retail space, and suite style University student housing.
The project was developed using a fast track approach with a Construction Management team.
