Restoration of a Circa 1830 townhouse located in the Mount Vernon Historic district of Baltimore City.
The building was renovated in a manner sympathetic to the historic fabric of this complex, while providing all the attributes of a modern office space. It was approved for Federal Historic Tax credits because of the attention given to the restoration of significant historic features.
The process of renovation, preservation and restoration of historically significant structures requires a knowledge of architectural styles, materials and forms, and the ability to solve the design and functional problems inherent in each project.
